Terms of Use – End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of mobile applications developed and published by Cesar Ibarra(“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading or using any of our applications, including but not limited to FixManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal or business use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms.
2. App Store Terms
Your use of the application must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall prevail.
3. In-App Purchases
Some features of our applications may require an in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment policies.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or Apple policy.
4. Data Usage
Our applications may store data locally on your device or through Apple services such as iCloud, depending on the functionality of the application.
We do not collect personal information unless explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Business Use Disclaimer
Applications such as FixManager are intended to assist repair shops and technicians with service management tasks.
The developer is not responsible for business decisions, financial calculations, or disputes resulting from the use of the application.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the application at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
